You can request deletion of your 1MinRush account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account, contact us at:

Please include the email address associated with your 1MinRush account.

If you signed in using Google, Apple, Discord, or another external provider, please contact us using the same email address linked to that account when possible.

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, such as:

Account profile information
Authentication identifiers linked to your account
Group memberships
Personal settings
Personal gameplay history where technically possible

Data that may remain

Some information may be retained when necessary for:

Security
Fraud or abuse prevention
Legal obligations
Debugging or operational logs
Records that cannot reasonably identify you after anonymization

Group content, rankings, or chat messages may be anonymized instead of fully removed when deletion would affect other users’ shared group history.

Processing time

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.

Future in-app deletion

We are working to provide an in-app account deletion option directly from account settings.
